What is PassVault?

PassVault is our digital permit delivery module. Citizens apply online, sheriffs approve in Pulse, and permits go directly to the Citizen2A wallet.

Can officers verify PassVault digital permits offline?

Yes. Every permit has a cryptographic signature verified completely offline via static QR or permit hash. No cell signal needed.

How long does onboarding take?

Most departments are fully operational within 5 business days. Medium and Large plans include a dedicated onboarding session.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — no long-term contracts. Cancel with 30 days notice.
